cosmetic tattoo

q: what is the expected level of pain for Permanent Makeup Service?

A: During the process a local anesthetic is used to lessen any discomfort. Typically it is just that, discomfort. The numbing cream used does not mean that the procedure is painful; from my experience, compared to a traditional tattoo it is not nearly as painful even without the numbing agent used.

Q: For cosmetic tattoo services, what is the healing process like?

A: Healing lasts 7-14 days after the initial appointment. Expect to see a major shift in your eyebrows from color to shape during this time frame. Eyebrows will get darker in the early phases and much lighter during the last phases q:of the process. Also be aware that you are given a short list of things to avoid for those 7-14 days immediately after the service to ensure the best results.

*Note: A 6-week follow-up is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to ensure quality of work and to make any necessary corrections (there is service fee for the appointment).

Check link for service pricing details.

q: what is “Milk skin”?

A: Milk skin is a term used to describe an opaque, milky appearance to the pigment causing the brows to look very light in color. This is due to your body's natural response to heal itself from the cuts made into the skin during the SPMU process. This is a normal part of the healing process which typically occurs after the initial 7-14 day healing stages is over.

q: How long will the healed results last?

A: Your healed eyebrows will last 1-3 years. These results vary based on skin type and post-service care.

Q: how often do i need to return for touch-ups?

A: A touch-up is recommended at 6 month or 1 year mark to revamp your brows from the fading that occurs naturally overtime after the initial service.

Q: what types of tools and products are used?

A: The tools and products used vary depending on the service of course but here is a general list of brands used for each service type.
